our fees

To provide high quality education and care for children and to meet the running costs of the preschool we need to ensure we are financially viable at all times.

Fee structure

The daily fee is reviewed annually and represents the gap between the funding we receive and the amount required to operate the service on a not-for-profit basis.

Fees for your attendance year will be outlined in your start date and time letter, which you will receive in December after our budget-setting process is complete.

2025 Fees*

15 hours FREE Preschool per week (if claiming fee relief) - $6.00 per day

Over 15 hours - $60 per day

Resource Levy - $100 per term per family

*Please note these are the current fees as at December 2024, and are subject to change. Fees are set in accordance with the Department of Education funding guidelines.

start strong for community preschools program

The Start Strong for Community Preschools program provides funding to deliver affordable quality preschool education for 3 to 5 year old children enrolled in eligible community and mobile preschools in NSW. The program’s funding (Program Payment) supports the operating costs of eligible early childhood education services and enrolment of at least 600 hours per year or 15 hours per week.

Invoices are sent once per month and are due on the 15th of each month and are payable by Cash, Eftpos, Direct Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

Resource Levy
