The Waitlist Application collects all relevant information to enable us to apply for State Government funding and to best meet the needs of individual families.

how to complete the waitlist form

Families may register their child on our waitlist on their second birthday, by completing a waitlist application form.

A child's name is confirmed on the Waitlist in application date order once we have received:

1) A completed waitlist application form

2) A non-refundable $50 administration fee

3) A copy of the child's birth certificate

4) An up to date Immunisation History Statement

Please note: Being placed on the Waitlist does not guarantee an enrolment offer or place at our centre. Therefore, parents are always encouraged to place their child's name on waitlists at other centres in their preferred areas.

Siblings are not automatically added to the waitist and it is the parent/carers responsibility to ensure a waitlist form has been completed for each child.
